Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the Platform

Money Magic is a money-management learning platform designed for parents of children aged 6 years and above, available through a prototype experience and a paid subscription described in Section 3. The Platform is under active development, and features, functionality, availability, and content may change, be added, or be removed from time to time as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use the Platform, you must register and provide accurate and current information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping it up to date.

3. Fees and Subscription

3.1 Access to the full Money Magic solution is available on a subscription basis at ₹499 per quarter (3 months), billed in advance. Pricing may be updated from time to time; any change will apply to future billing cycles and will not be applied retroactively without notice.

3.2 The prototype available on this Platform may be explored free of charge as described elsewhere on this site. Access to the full Money Magic solution, once launched, requires an active paid subscription.

3.3 Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features for accounts with failed, reversed, or otherwise unpaid payments.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any payment, registration, or access-control mechanism on the Platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• The Platform may from time to time experience downtime, bugs, or changes in functionality as we develop and improve it;
• Mapaaurhum makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform.

6. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or comments you provide regarding the Platform may be used by Mapaaurhum to improve the product, without any obligation to compensate you, and without any confidentiality obligation on our part unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, and technology comprising the Platform are the exclusive property of Mapaaurhum Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property, except the limited right to use the Platform as intended and in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Mapaaurhum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9. Termination

Mapaaurhum reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, including any active subscription, at its discretion, including where a User is found to be in breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
